Is Elizabeth Brooks real?

No — Elizabeth Brooks is not a real person: an openly disclosed AI persona.

Elizabeth Brooks, "Liz", presents as a 75-year-old woman in Naples, Florida, who helps women live healthier.

On October 24, 2026 the Instagram account @liz.holistic.wellness had about 13,300 followers and 186 posts, and its bio read "75 Years Young • US Based", "Holistic Living • Naples, FL", "Helping Women Live Healthier" and "Get My Soursop + Black Seed HERE", above a shopping link.

She isn’t a real person, and the account says so itself. The profile carries Instagram's "AI-generated profile" label. Opened, it reads "liz.holistic.wellness added an AI label to their profile" and "This profile features an AI-generated person instead of a real human."

Instagram's "About this account" panel says the account joined in August 2026 and is based in the United States.

The 75 years and the holistic know-how belong to an AI character, and the bio uses her to sell soursop and black seed products. We found nobody named as the person or company behind the account.

Because the disclosure is the account's own, the verdict holds even if it is later removed. This page is about the account; it makes no claim about any real person whose likeness may appear in its images. It is unclaimed and compiled from public sources.

Scam & impersonation warnings

  • She is an AI character. The remedies, health tips and life story come from whoever runs the account, not from a 75-year-old woman sharing what worked for her. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before acting on health advice from any social media account.
  • The account promotes supplements or other products through the link in its bio. We link none of them, haven’t tested them and make no claim about them; this page is about who is speaking.
