Cierra Ortega
✓ Real Yes — Cierra Ortega is a real person, documented in the public record.
Cierra Ortega is a real, documented public figure. She appeared as a 'bombshell' Islander on Love Island USA Season 7 (Peacock), entering the villa in Episode 2 and coupling with Nic Vansteenberghe, confirmed by NBC's official cast materials, Wikipedia's episode record, and her IMDb credit for the series.
Named-byline outlets including The Hollywood Reporter, NBC News, E! News, and Collider covered her run on the show. High search interest around her name traces mainly to two things: her sudden mid-season exit, and confusion over which similarly-named account is actually hers.
Documented record: she was removed from the villa on Day 26 (Episode 30) after older Instagram posts using a racial slur resurfaced online; production said she 'left the villa due to a personal situation.'
She addressed the situation directly in a video posted to her own Instagram, and was not present at the Season 7 reunion. Her cited handles are @cierra.ortega (Instagram) and @cierraortega (TikTok), both named directly in press coverage. This page is unclaimed and compiled from public sources.

Scam & impersonation warnings
- Accounts using name variants without the period (e.g. a handle reading 'cierraortega' rather than 'cierra.ortega' on some platforms) are not confirmed to be hers — verify the exact handle before trusting a profile.
- As with any high-visibility reality-TV name, expect impostor and fan-run accounts claiming to be her, especially ones offering paid content or DMs — no such account is documented as hers.
