Is Aitana Lopez real? No — she's an agency-built AI model.

The short answer: Aitana Lopez is not a real person. The pink-haired "fitness model from Barcelona" behind @fit_aitana is an AI-generated character, created in mid-2023 by The Clueless, a Barcelona agency that openly brands her as "the world's first AI influencer." Her Instagram, @fit_aitana (about 404,000 followers on October 9, 2026), carries Instagram's “AI-generated profile” label, which Instagram shows when the account holder says the profile “features an AI-generated person instead of a real human.” Its bio reads “Powered by @theclueless.ai.”

First things first: she is not the singer

If you searched "Aitana," you may be looking for Aitana Ocaña — the enormously famous, entirely real Spanish pop singer. She has no connection whatsoever to the AI model. The AI persona goes by the full name Aitana López and lives at the handle @fit_aitana. Two different entities: one human star, one computer-generated character.

The most openly commercial AI girl in the business

Unlike the anonymous operators behind most AI personas, The Clueless runs Aitana as a public, almost proud business case. Forbes and Fortune reported she can pull in around €10,000–11,000 in a good month from brand posts and subscriptions (figures the agency itself supplies). Her backstory — Barcelona, fitness, gaming, and an age that was 25 in earlier coverage and “26 years old” in the agency's description quoted in October 2026 — is fiction written by her creators, reported as Rubén Cruz and Diana Núñez. And yes: celebrities have reportedly messaged the account without realizing she is AI-generated.

What's verified and what isn't

Well-corroborated: the Instagram (@fit_aitana) and Fanvue accounts, and the agency behind them. Genuinely murky: her reported TikTok, X, and YouTube handles conflict from source to source, and copycat-pattern accounts like "@fit_aitana_official" exist. Her truth page keeps the documented account list.
